		<description>Actually, I did notice that. However, when I clicked on View -&gt; Unity the window went away and my open applications were no where to be found. I just assumed that it wasn&#039;t supported in Linux and didn&#039;t pursue it any further.. Is this option supported on Ubuntu 8.10?</description>

		<description>Did you notice that VMware Fusion 2 has Unity support for Ubuntu and Red Hat VMs?  This is definitely a place where we have a big step up on Parallels.

So if you want to run Linux apps, and have them appear just like Mac OS X apps, like minimizing them to the dock, saving them in the dock, etc., you can do so with Vmware Fusion 2.
